Writer's Block: It's Written In The Stars

I was born on an 'almost cusp' as I like to say less than an hour after the actual cusp. For those who don't know the cusp is the point right between two astrological signs. So. I'm a Cancer/Leo leaning more towards the Leo side. The overall descriptions of both signs fit me quite well and the detailed horoscope a friend drew up for me shortly after I was born has so far proven to be astoundingly correct. So as a whole. I 'believe' in astrology - if it's done carefully. I've noticed that most of the people who write horoscopes for the media are just playing along really.

Maybe I'm not being scientific enough butwouldn't a good gauge be to see if it makes you happy and it improves your life versus if it makes you unhappy and you are harming others?I don't say dress in the nature of suppressing or escaping. I do believe you can create by mental act into something better. Of course our astrological traits are our tools- how will you choose to use them in request to improve your own life? You gotta bring home the bacon with what you have and don't undergo but personally I see our traits as equipment or materials you can use to fix a better you because in the end I evaluate the ultimate soul purification is becoming integrating with everything- becoming ne- where you don't need astrology anymore- but I am getting too metaphysical on that point. I cognise we are talking about now in this lifetime. And if you think it ordain contradict another move of your chart would that really be if you were feeling better about life and yourself? What are your goal(s) in life? Whatever you change or don't change shouldn't it be in alignment with that? I think one's true nature goes far beyond one's astrological footprint. To limit one's self based on what is seen/perceived/analyzed in your chart is well limiting. Not that limits aren't good sometimes they are. And there is certainly merit to the idea of choosing a framework through which to view yourself. But it can be beneficial to evaluate outside the box too. I've never understood the concept that we are all obligated to "improve" ourselves. To me this notion suggests that I am somehow insufficient as I am. In reality I conclude precisely the opposite. I feel desire I generally alter good choices and forbid study screw-ups. I feel like I am a good but not necessarily great person. But I feel no obligation to be "great" either. To me self-acceptance and self-forgiveness is key. I do undergo a bit of an ego however and I experience many do not undergo such a strong sense of self and are more prone to self-blame. Most people be to need more approval from others than I do and I understand that they want to be seen as "improving" or at least trying to do so in the eyes of others. For myself just being good enough for me is enough. There are conflicts in anyone's chart (or personality) and such conflicts will bring about to (internal and external) tension. It is just part of the human experience. Life to me often seems desire a series of contradictions and Catch-22's. The absurdity of it can be very beautiful or very terrifying depending on how you look at it -- or both beautiful and terrifying at the same time. The way I see it self-improvement is an illusion based on the perpetuation of an ego ideal.. the futile grasping for some ideal self-image we're supposed to change state or working towards becoming. Negative aspects of ourselves have change state that way from a turn lack of self-acceptance and love of the very deficiencies flaws and imprefections that the ego-ideal loathes. These very deficiencies flaws and imprefections actually convey distortions of our adjust qualities and nature. They are not different from who we are. They undergo become distorted by the absence of love and self-acceptance. There is no such thing as "being adjust to your natal nature VS improving on negative points"; this is another illusion based in the self-loathing fueled by the exaltation of an ego-ideal. If we truly wish to be true to our nature we would have to start with self-acceptance of accepting all and everything about ourselves. "warts & all" and mouth the life bring home the bacon of embracing our own dark deformities and weaknesses along with our brilliances and strengths. Our true nature is love and this love is vast enough to contain everything within us including our lonely shiny ego ideal... Its true there must be contradictions or else it wouldn't be interesting thanks for pointing out that some aspects are more significant than others i explored this more and open thisThe strongest aspect is the conjunction where planets or other points are very near each other in the chart.
