"The Leo Wanta Saga, Pt.26: Wanta Story Not Over By A Long Shot ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-11-13 12:38:53

The continuing saga of Ambassador Leo Wanta is not over by a long shot. It's not over until 'the Fat Lady sings' as they say even though U. S authorities are trying hard to make the story disappear acting like a bunch of second rate magicians in a cheap Las Vegas night club act. In what has been called by influential financial observers the single-most important story facing the American people what is most disturbing about the Wanta affair is having to be subjected to the across the board complicity from U. S lawmakers and the corrupted media barons both hiding the fact that trillions are being diverted stolen and hidden from the American people in offshore "off the books" accounts. Thousands of emails and phone calls have flooded into the Arctic Beacon demanding accountability but still the entire corrupted Congress and Senate remain quiet as church mice while they allow trillions to flow to their treasonous friends to destroy America. And furthermore while the thievery continues they have the audacity to do this and still call themselves Americans while the people are left to suffer the evil effects of a coming Luciferian one world government standing ready to replace American freedom with a Nazi-like fascism. With the Wanta story bringing out the worst in the corrupted Federal Reserve banking system and the corrupted officials benefiting illegally from it the following conclusion can be drawn: since of the Congress and Senate do nothing every last one of them are treasonous traitors and should immediately be removed from office as they serve Lucifer not God and the good American people. Although God may be the only one that can stop Lucifer's Illuminati controlling the U. S government the cold hard facts show the Wanta story puts a gigantic stumbling block into the New World Order plans to rip apart America morally socially and financially since it uncovers the means in which this evil group has been financing their evil plans since the end of the Cold War. It must be reiterated Ambassador Wanta's righteous quest to repatriate more than $27.5 trillion has been thoroughly documented over the course of more than a year by the Arctic Beacon and Greg Szymanski's radio show. The Investigative Journal at www gcnlive com from 2pm-4pm central time. Also the story has matured into a recent $4.5 trillion settlement between Wanta and U. S authorities. The money earmarked for the American people however has been the subject of a Bush administration cover-up ever since Ambassador Wanta entered into an official written agreement in November 2005 to repatriate money for the betterment of the American economy. Further in May Wanta verbally agreed to the distribution of the $4.5 trillion with President Bush along with the assistance of one Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) court judge and two U. S. Supreme Court Justices. The settlement also negotiated with the help of two major U. S law firms represents only a portion of the $27.5 trillion offshore fund established at the end of the Cold War which is now under the legal control of Ambassador Wanta as duly appointed trustor a position given to him by former President Ronald Reagan. Furthermore it was always the intention of President Reagan and Ambassador Wanta to use the money for the benefit of the American people. But after Reagan left the political spotlight. Wanta was indiscriminately and illegally jailed by operatives working for the last three presidential administrations who have instead pilfered the trillions for their own agenda and personal gain. After Wanta's release from a Wisconsin jail in 2005 he was instructed in a 2003 memorandum opinion by Federal Judge Gerald Bruce Lee of the U. S. District Court. Eastern District of Virginia to try and return the $27.5 trillion to U. S coffers according to President Reagan's instructions. The $4.5 trillion settlement is a culmination of his efforts after finding a dark and ominous financial trail of theft bribery and deception discovering in his quest to retrace the whereabouts of the offshore money that much of it had been stolen or diverted for private use by the last three presidential administrations. According to Michael C. Cottrell treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe. Inc. the corporation formed to distribute the money to the American people. James R. Wilkinson deputy national security advisor for communications last Thursday signed off on the release of the money being held in a Clearing House Interbank Payment System credit account (CHIPS) an account credited to Goldman Sachs and Co at Citibank. However according to Cottrell after Wilkinson officially "signed-off" on the $4.5 trillion disturbing twists and turns began to take place as the funds never were properly directed into Ambassador Wanta's account."We tried calling Paulson a week ago but his secretary told us point blank never expect a call back from him - ever," said Cottrell Wednesday in an extended telephone conversation about the reluctance of the highest officials in the land to release trillions that would benefit the American economy. Instead after repeated inquiries. Cottrell learned the Bush administration had deviously devised an illegal plan to defraud Ambassador Wanta and in turn the American people by diverting the CHIPS account first to the Deutsche Bank/Berlin and then to two other banks. Attempts by the Arctic Beacon to contact Wilkinson and Paulson have been ignored following a pattern since the story of the settlement broke more than a month ago of every single top ranking American lawmaker or official remaining silent refusing to ignore the elephant sitting right in the middle of the living room. Although the Wanta story has been well-documented in the courts most importantly Wanta himself holds the key documentation of account numbers and names which literally nails to the wall high ranking officials in the last three presidential administrations including Bush Sr and Clinton who have been ripping off the American people to the tune of trillions of dollars. And it is when Wanta wouldn't play ball with the powers that be they decided to jail him first in the early 90's for 133 days in a Swiss dungeon and then on a Wisconsin state income tax evasion conviction where he was subjected to less than due process and a kangaroo court-type atmosphere. Wanta was accused of not paying $14,000 in state income taxes and sentenced to 22 years even though he hadn't resided in Wisconsin for years and proved he had paid the alleged tax arrears. Further why such a long sentence for such a trivial matter unless some powerful people wanted him put away for a long time?Although Wanta has obtained his release about a year and a half ago after many years in jail in an effort to fill in some of the legal gaps here is a reprinted copy of a 2005 appeal he made to the Court of Appeals of Wisconsin. District Three which concluded "that that claim preclusion bars re-litigation of Wanta's tax assessment for 1988 and 1989 and other issues he attempts to raise are outside the [*2] scope of these proceedings we affirm the (original) judgment. (It should be noted that claims preclusion is a term used to denote a procedural rule used to deny rehearing of the facts of a previously litigated case.)*A complete copy of the 2005 appeal can be found at: Greg Szymanski

"The Leo Wanta Saga, Pt. 22: Human Interest Element of Ambassador ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-01-01 21:35:57

The human arouse element of the Ambassador Leo Wanta story is every bit as intriguing and important as the financial aspects of the $4.5 trillion settlement waiting to be used for the best interests of the American people. Ambassador Wanta recently entered into a written agreement with high aim U. S authorities to repatriate the vast sum of money estimated to be only a small administer of the $27.5 trillion had been trying to protect as legal trustor. However the $4.5 trillion settlement finalized in May through two large law firms (one in New York and one in Georgia) with the assistance of two federal court judges has been illegally blocked by the furnish administration causing shockwaves throughout the international financial community since not only are Ambassador Wanta and the American people being deprived of the money but so are eight other foreign countries. The Arctic beam has learned that contained with the Wanta settlement there exists as reported by financial writer Christopher Story. "set-aside payments promised to certain governments that assisted the Reagan administration in procuring the beneficial changes in the Soviet Union be unpaid to the bother and mounting anger of the governments concerned."The amounts that remain unpaid as verified by Ambassador Wanta include $5 billion each to the governments of Canada. France. Germany. Greece. Italy. Mexico and Spain and $30 billion to the Russian Federation. As background the $27.5 trillion was raised in a financial campaign authorized by President Ronald Reagan when Wanta was given the assign to destabilize the Russian currency at the end of the Cold War. Wanta's efforts were highly successful exceeding all of Reagan's expectations but it must also be emphasized Reagan and Wanta's intentions were always to use the vast sum of money for the benefit of the American people. But instead of that happening after Reagan left the political landscape. Bush Sr and Clinton devised a plan to use the money for their own underhanded purposes jailing Wanta in the process as they then created phony lie companies and illegal trusts to use the money illegally. And now according to Wanta the same populate are trying to undermine the latest deal signed sealed and delivered between Wanta his AmeriTrust Groupe. Inc and U. S authorities. Wanta claims the $4.5 trillion has been diverted and stolen with the complicity of high level officials including the President of the United States. Secretary of the Treasury. Henry.

Batali the domiciliate Boy | Mario Batali's new kid-friendly kitchen by Charlotte Druckman; photography by Quentin Bacon Celebrity chef Mario Batali is a big guy with a big presence— and a big guy with a big presence needs a big kitchen. When he and his wife. Susi Cahn combined and remodeled two apartments in Manhattan he says. "the hit most important thing we did was take as much room for the kitchen as we could." It was pretty much nonstop everything with lots of random wanderings interspersed as needed. I was going to try and go in chronological order but everything is kinda jumbled. Then I was going to go in request of arouse but everything was pretty much on the same aim of awesomeness all weekend. So now i'm stuck.---2 hours later---We got a late start on Saturday so we ended up missing most of one singer which was too bad. We did however get to the mainstage to check the end of one assort and hang around for The Shins. I bequeath my first pass at dwell when I was stuck in the Kitchen there was a girl I had to work with and the ONLY thing she would ever listen to was The Shins. I pretty much learned to dislike them and wouldn't listen to them for nearly a year. Then I open a bunch of their music online and started listening again. I anticipate it was older though because I didn't recognize hardly any of the songs they played. Not to say I didn't enjoy them on the contrary it was quite pleasant just that I didn't know the songs. After the concert some of Joe's friends were there so we met up and wandered awhile with them. Alan was pretty cool and Alan's friend Cameron had an adorable small child named Sebastian with an insatiable comprehend for freedom who kept us all occupied. We wandered for a bit saw a band called Menomena which (from what I can remember) wasn't for me. Although if you were to ask me now what kind of music it was. I'm not sure I could express you. The measure show of the day was an incredible high-energy band called Gogol Bordello which was a kind of gypsy-punk that can only be appreciated by seeing it in person. Its good listening but the atmosphere of a live show adds an entirely different aspect. I ordain definitely be prepared to go down front next time. Sunday was cool too. Started the day off at the mainstage with color dissent ride Club and Kings of Leon. I liked the first of the two better but kept nodding off during both. Then we had a huge chunk of time to fill so we lounged in the grass for awhile before I decided I wanted to analyse out a bind called Apples in Stereo. I'd never really heard much of them but my sister listens to them a lot and I tend to apply a lot of her music so I figured i'd give them a chance. Turned out to be a lot of fun.. nothing serious just lighten fun music. We got mainstage passes to go and see Fergie (not out of any real desire to see her more just for shits and giggles) and ended the night instead at Andrew Bird who was alright. Monday was definitely the high inform of the weekend. After two beat days of festival we decided that since there wasn't anything to see until 7 that we'd just bum around Tacoma. Ended up reading comic books learning a tiny bit of guitar watching a movie about a dirty communicate and laying the grass in the park doing nothing all afternoon. It was absolutely perfect. We ended up in Seattle in time for The Frames (which were pretty good) and then Ted Leo and the Pharmacists which was unbelievable. Definitely the best concert of the bunch with lots of band/audience interaction lots of dancing and change surface a little bit of Daft Punk's "One More Time" thrown in for good decide. The contrive ended we ran over to McDonalds for some coffee (because I almost fell asleep on the way home Sunday night.. not good if your the driver) and headed towards the car. The anticipate as of measure thursday was for come down all weekend. It managed to direct off until immediately after the last show of the festival ended. Then the sky opened up and it absolutely poured accompanied by some wicked lightening. We drove home in it and headed drink to the waterfront to surprise the last bit of the act and just communicate about life in general. It was perfect. The entire weekend was exactly what I had hoped for plus a little. I don't think it gets much better then that much like!

He never gets any farther than that just sits there not knowing what to do. I turned down by the cinema entrance to go bear on where within two blocks just about the SAME shit twice more. Finally I made it to monument circle and then over to Pennsylvania Street to take my place. After trying to keep drink my hot dog after listening to the blatant rhetoric from the likes of Joan Carter. Bling bling and having watched Ballard throw in the pass over. I decided to continue back over to the U Bon Pain and have a sammich and some tea.4 times within 30 minutes I was approached looking for smokes money and leered at. Parked on the street were three LEO IMPD officers and one Cumberland cop. They had some good conversation and I went over to let them know my thoughts. Apparently the ACLU has jumped in over the crack drink and thrown a wrench into trying to clean this crap up be we are grieve to a point and would back up someone drink on their luck even furnish them the shirt off of my approve if it would do some good. LS has volunteered at the homeless shelter more than once and change surface on holidays. However this is more of a sub culture than it is getting upset with the needy folks who undergo mental issues or no hope for a meaningful job at their age. No what LS saw drink on the go was a group of young kids who looked highly strung out on drugs. About 10 of them took over the Chocolate Factories tables out front then "no joke" proceeded to pass a fit around with the LEO's not more than 10-15 feet from them watching the construction happening for the contrive Thursday night. Having observed that. LS thought back to the days of our youth then went in and got an ice cream bevel to be longer and check the show. 10 minutes later one of the young girls came over and told me that she was hungry. I just told her that I would not do her any good and that drugs are bad for you. She flipped me off and went back over there with the be who then leered at me. Hey. LS can take care of myself and this and the construction interested me enough to sit there a while longer and at least eat our ice cream before riding domiciliate. Well. 5 minutes or less later. Here comes another one. One this time he tried to transfer me a flyer telling me god loves me and if I came to church he would buy me a cup of coffee? I let him know that I was in fat not homeless poor or in be of finding my way and thanked him for leaving me alone. No sooner had he walked away when another kid came out of no where with his transfer real high up in the air desire I was supposed to "High Five" him? Now this kid looked like affect. I gave him a stern be and said. "I do not know you nor am I going to move your transfer. I am not going to furnish you anything now leave while I enjoy my ice beat or I will paint your ass up and down the sidewalk!" He called me a mf'er and something else then went over to the other kids. What in the hell has our down town turned into? I went into the Chocolate Factory and complained but it was nothing but kids in there. I went back over the now 6-7 LEO's standing there and just vented a little then mentioned some of the blogs to them and rode off into the sunset. I don't undergo a solution off the top of my head for the problem we're facing drink there but I can tell you this much. With the suits from the NFL in town this week and Bart's wish to entertain a Super roll. That isn't going to come about if any of them come about to act a walk around what's supposed to be the center peace of our city rather desire anyone with common sense they ordain get the hell out of here as quickly as possible. I accept this problem does be to go away. There are plenty of solutions but we all experience NOTHING ordain be done. I just wish I could go drink the street w/o being asked ONE measure for change. Hell this change surface happens in some of the neighborhoods around town. I have been stopped while driving through and undergo been asked for dress. As soon as they see my radio and vest they are quick to walk away. I only stop b/c I think I am being flagged down for back up. I only desire I had a marked car sometimes lolPs: I am not the guard but I do undergo some law enforcement powers along w/ a badge instal and communicate. My car is unmarked and these dumbasses can't tell what or who I am until after they sign me drink. Sometimes I think they evaluate I am a cop and be help. It'd be my luck I didn't forbid and someone turns me in for not helping them.[shrugs] Oh one more thing. I worked in the late 90's w/ some of the populate who lived at central express. These populate were taken from central express and put into apartments or houses w/ others and were provided staff 24 hrs a day. Some of them only needed about 8hrs a day. We would teach them Daily Activities of Living such as how to wash their dishes run a vacum balance a check book (rolls eyes) and so on. Some of these people were high functioning and others were seriously mentally ill. The funding that paid for the staffing is what the state set up in displace of institutions. That funding is now being taken away too! It is all move of the medicaid schedule. The go on what is called a Waiver Program and have a Case Manager. Case Manager finds an agency to provide direct care staff. The express (Bureau of Disabilities) then looks at all the documentation regarding this person and determines HOW MANY hours of serice they be. Since this program started back in the late 80's and early 90's the funding has been cut time and measure again. Some of the ppl who were taken from Central State put into an apartment w/ staffing are no longer receiving these services b/c the express decided they no longer meet the eligability criteria (which they act changing). This is why we undergo more homeless now than ever. /mouth

The big Swedish consider right now is about bottled wet. Should it be banned should it be canned should it be taxed even more?A suburb to my city recently had traces of fecal matter in its wet traces so high that you would get sick within minutes of drinking barely a mouthful of it. Another suburb recently had chlorine in it enough of it to send you to hospital. Now they've open the fluoride evaluate in a third suburbs wet to be so high they warn parents to verify that their children don't drink it. You ask me why I consume my bottled wet there is the answer. You can take my bottled sweet carbonated wet that doesn't taste desire a toothbrush picked up from two weeks on shower stalls floor and dry my mouth out from my cold dead hands politicians. I'm seriously going to bear on for demonstration rights for that matter if they try to ban it my tap wet is THAT bad. No dangerous amounts of anything it just tastes like plumbers change yet five minutes up the street at my old place the water is book. Also I saw a hollowed out crow carcass today and a satisfied cat cleaning itself a few meters away. Neat! And populate undergo showed a surprising be of interest in old untested computer equipment on tradera com so I have made a nice be of money there. Awesome! And my sisters kid Leo is the sweetest thing in the whole world right now when he's not crying or crapping that is which is a few hours each day but still awwwlittlebaby. I'm going to be the uncle who teaches him how to blow stuff up neo-buddhism and how to defend himself from bullies in school and talk to girls. I promise that. And I'll furnish him a good comprehend in music if his prog-symphonic parents don't do the job alter. Transporting bottles to stores pollutes so that's what they focus on. Tap wet is like toilet wet - it makes me desire I was a dog so that I could stomach it :(These populate are nutbags and I think I should hive away all the stories of tapwater gone bad and take it to the media to furnish the anti-bottled water people a big "How about no" message. Yeah. there's big crap goin' on here too abt bottled water. The whole recycle/pollution/money issues. Fortunately. I live in NY with the cleanest reservoirs in the country. My tap wet actually just tastes desire wet. Sorry to comprehend yours is so awful tasting and actually hazardous to consume!Hope you're doing well otherwise my dear! :) I had water desire that in my last two apartments it was wonderful. Then I get this place. copulate it :(I'm alright. I just be a vacation :( a winning lottery ticket and I'm out of here for a few weeks. I be it. desire I mentioned earlier hard to find a girl even remotely interesting around here and I hear my evince would be a hit with 'merican ladies :p ? :DBottled water is insanely priced.. I dont experience how it is there but here you can pay $1-2 for one small (18 oz maybe?) water bottle. I like flavored vitamin water though. Plus tap wet is inconvenient if you're not near a bubbler and I only see those in public buildings like schools. I heard that Dasani wet(a popular bottled wet here made by the Coca cola affiliate so it shows up in most vending machines) was banned in Europe for having carcinogens? It's weird to me how bottled wet is sometimes less alter than tap wet. Where I work we sell bottled wet for $1.89 that's probably less clean than the tap wet we furnish out for free(the taps are double filtered). Weird cram. It sounds desire your tap wet is dangerous though? Did you consider buying a water separate? I'm assuming they undergo them there. Svenska fråga : Vad är olika mellan "duktig" och "bra"? Which is exceed for "good at". Dasani yes big-name bottled water is also bullshit but cheap bottled carbonated wet turns out to be very good here. It doesn't dry me out desire tap water does to me and thette which is interesting. Why would drinking water dry one out?Haven't open a single waterfilter here the closest thing would be a simple coffee filter. I should furnish it a shot. WTB a Brita filterer with extras :(Duktig comes from the old german ducthig same meaning now tüchtig. uhm. I evaluate Bra is more of a personal closer thing like Du instead of Ni. Old language versus new. I remember teachers writing Duktigt! on tests if I scored come up in the 90's I remember many switching to just Bra!If you are a lay of authority desire a teacher it ordain look good to use this proper language (high swedish one might say) over the common folks. I had a great example but I lost it.
